From 'Hatufim' to 'Homeland'

Hatufim' ('Prisoners of War') is an Israeli TV series telling the story of three soldiers struggling to integrate into society after 17 years in captivity. After its success in Israel, American spinoff 'Homeland' was created. This session will explore the contrast between the two shows, with a specific focus on what this difference can teach us about Israeli society.
