Commemorating the wartime exodus of Jews from a French alpine village (2 of 2)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

We'll show a film, 'A Pause in the Holocaust', by veteran French filmmaker Andre Waksman, whose family survived the Shoah in southern France. Through interviews with survivors and witnesses, largely connected with the village of St Martin Vésubie, he reconstructs the little known history of the protection of the Jews by the Italian occupying forces in south-east France.
