Biblio-hypnosis is the telling of a story using guided imagery, with a person in a meditative state. The mitzvah is to tell the story of the Passover as though it was happening to us. Using the power of your own mind you will relive the Exodus as though you were there in person. No previous meditative/hypnotic experience required.
