Jewish anger and angst

If anger is an issue, sort it here. We'll use Mussar, a genre of Jewish literature that transforms the way we think and react. After these sessions, you may not feel angry anymore. In Session 1 we'll see how anger can be useful. We'll study introductory Jewish texts on anger and learn the powerful Mussar method. No prior knowledge needed.
