This session will make a close literary study of Psalm 19, with a focus on a theology of speech and language. Study supplemented by commentaries from the Zohar and R. Moshe Cordovero. (texts in Hebrew with translations by the presenter)
Michael Fishbane is the Nathan Cummings Distinguished Service Professor of Jewish Studies, the University of Chicago. He is the author of many books in biblical and Jewish thought and interpretation, including 'Sacred Attunement: A Jewish Theology'.
